A Star is Born Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Benham’s gin

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

  • 1 oz chilled Zonin Prosecco

  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds; strain into glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.
