Dear G&T
One of the house G&T’s developed for Dear Irving on Hudson
Ingredients
25 oz Licor 43
.25 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
1.5 oz Amass Gin
Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic
Directions
Fill wineglass with 5-6 cubes of ice. Combine all ingredients and stir to blend. Garnish with a lime wheel and orange slice
The Office Perk
A frozen treat inspired by the Boulevardier
Ingredients
1.5 parts Russell’s Reserve® 10-Year-Old Bourbon
1.5 parts Sweet vermouth
.5 part Campari®
1 Tbsp Strawberry jam
.5 cup Coffee ice cream
1 cup Ice
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Grated chocolate and an orange slice
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for about 45 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with grated chocolate and an orange slice.
Signal Hill
A surprising Milk Punch spritz.
Ingredients
1 ounce gin
1 ounce Rockey's Milk Punch®
1 ounce jasmine tea
1½ ounces sparkling Riesling
splash of seltzer
Frozen grapes, for garnish
Directions
Combine gin, milk punch and tea in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake briefly, then strain into ice-filled glass. Top with Riesling and splash of seltzer. Garnish with frozen grapes.

I’m passionate about building creative spaces & successful teams. I was a Top 4 Finalist for best U.S. Bar Mentor at 2022 Tales of the Cocktail, as well a nod for Dear Irving on Hudson being a finalist for best U.S. Hotel Bar. I love to bring this bar magic outside our walls. I’ve worked with corporate & private clients to create in-person & online happy hours, educational events and cocktail tutorials. As events continue to return, I’m excited to use a fresh lens and new level of intentionality with such occasions.
I love helping people create home bars and gain confidence in crafting drinks. I have worked with the likes of The Daily Beast, Liquor.com & Fever Tree Mixers to create content for people mixing at home. Creative touches can elevate special occasions, such as signature cocktails and cocktail-centric gifts.
For consumer brands, I have created recipes around ingredients & themes (such as Dove, Häagen-Dazs and more) and contributed mixology activations to large events and team-building programs. For venues and conferences, I have consulted on menus, specialty cocktails and special events.
